Poltava-SKI mechanic spent one month working on Georgian “Mestia” resort’s everyday ropeway service

Every ski lift needs a qualified on-time service maintenance as well as careful everyday service and professional exploitation. Our mechanic spent 1 month at the “Mestia” resort assisting in ropeway exploitation.

There are many nuances, which are able to influence on ski lift’s lifetime length and quality of operation. They include peculiarities of everyday engine start, special instructions for scheduled checks and control of sensors and special devices.

Our mechanic went to Georgia to help local professionals obtain high-quality exploitation of the MestiaCF4. Which is a 4-chair ski lift located in a beautiful mountain region of Georgia, installed in 2010 by Poltava-SKI assembling team.

During his visit, our mechanic not just enjoyed sunny weather and tremendous Georgian hostility, but also did some works:

- Replacement of security system sensors;

- Centering of all sensors;

- Repair of loudspeakers;

- Hydraulic system regulation;

- Reanimation and start of the surface lift;

- Planning of service maintenance works;

- Creating a list of necessary spare parts;

Customer was satisfied with work of our mechanic and we are already planning the next visit for service maintenance.
